Request Entry Permit for People Who Stay Outside Country:
This service allows the customer to request the issuance of Entry Permits for people who stay outside the country for more than six months, who are under the following sponsorship:
1. Companies.
2. Family.

Procedures:
Required Documents:
1. Documents required for issuance of entry permits for the following people who stay outside the country, The partner, if he stayed outside the country for more than one year, he should issue an entry permit for his people who stay outside the country provided that the continuing business activity.
2. Submit a proof that the partner is involved in the business activity.
3. A letter stating that the partner stayed outside the country for one year.
4. A copy of the establishment card (Valid.)
5. A copy of trade / commercial license.
6. (Signature + the company stamp)
Documents required for issuance of a entry permit for people who stayed outside the country who are under the company sponsorship:
1. A letter stating that (the person had stayed outside the country for more than 6 months.
2. A copy of the establishment card (Valid.)
3. A copy of trade / commercial license.
4. (Signature + company stamp)
Entry permit for people who stayed outside the country under (a personal sponsorships):
1. A letter stating that the person had stayed outside the country more than (6) months.
2. A copy of his sponsor’s passport. 3
. A copy of the sponsored’s passport.
4. The sponsor’s signature.
5. In case of an entry permit request for (dependents inside the country), a request for (Departure / entry permit) typed in one of the typing offices signed by the sponsor and his passport copy.
Note: The validity of the entry permit is (15) days only starting from the issuance date.
Fees:
The fee is AED (230) for the (6) months period, AED (20) bank service charges, AED (10) local fees. AED (100) fees per month will be added if the sponsored stayed more than (6) months outside the country. AED 130 Fees (for departure / entry permit.)
Additional Info:
If the sponsored delayed in entering the country, his sponsor may approach the Residence Department to request for extension of the permit for a period of (15) days.
If the sponsored has evidence that stayed outside the country for medical treatment or studying outside the country after the ratification of the medical report or university student certificate, he is exempted of paying the monthly fees, but he has to pay AED (130) entry permit fees only.
