An Exemption From A Fine Request :

Service Description:
Considering the fine exemption or discount due to a suitable reason from the establishment to not renew the card

Required Documents:
** Printing the fine exemption application in the service centers “Tas’heel”
** Full report about the establishment in case there is no reason for the fine

Attaching the all required documents that caused the fine:
** Delay for other entities or a document that states a dispute in court for the establishment
** An error in the Ministry’s system
** A copy of the entry permit in case the fine is related to permits

Terms And Conditions:
** No restriction on the sponsor establishments
** The establishment should have an electronic signature card

Service Procedures:
Application must be submitted to the decision committee counter in order for the application to be processed

The application must be processed by the committee employee In case of approval, the application is transferred to the Assistant Undersecretary for Labour Affairs Office to approve

In case of refusal for the committee, the notes are added in the inquiry system In case of missing documents, the applicant is notified to collect the application and fulfill the missing

** There shall be no workers sponsored by the agency
** There shall be no inspectional restrictions or fines imposed on the agency, nor complaints shall be filed against it

Service Description :
It is a service provided by the Ministry to natural or corporate persons wishing to issue/extract new license for :
** Brokerage agency “mediate between employees and employers or their PROs and to negotiate contractual and employment conditions on their behalf, whether this leads to a work relation or otherwise, and without the agency becoming a party to such work relation that may arise out of such brokerage.

** This activity shall include collecting and keeping databases, data about workers, available job opportunities, employment applications and any relevant information in order to be put at the disposal of a party having an interest therein.”

** Temporary recruitment agency “recruiting a labour to be available for a third party (User) whether the third party was a natural or corporate person, in order to perform a job or service under supervision and the management of the User.

** In this case, the agency becomes an Employer with direct business-relationship with the concerned labour.
** The labour can be recruited from either from outside or inside the country.””
