Service Description
This service allows the developer to apply for joining Tanmia Program which helps in enhancing the confidence in the real estate sector by targeting incomplete projects and contact public and private entities to invest in these projects. The Land Department will offer these projects partially or fully to new investors and to transfer the ownership to them.

For Developer
Fill Tanmia Application form and submit the following:
** Copy of authorization
** Valid trade license
** Municipality map
** Proof of ownership
** Audited financial report
For investor:
** Development license or trade license
** Company profile
** Short working plan
** Other documents required during discussions
Service Fees:
AED 1000 on developer
AED 10 as knowledge surcharge
