Renewal of Air Traffic Controller (ATC) Licence:

Because an ATC License is only valid for 24 months, renewal is required if the ATC License Holder requires to continue to exercise his/her privileges.

Note:
Registration:
** To access the eservice, it is required to first login to the GCAA Website.
** If you are a new user (organization or individual) and visiting GCAA website to access an eservice, you must register first by pressing the “Sign Up” link found on the top most bar of GCAA Website.
** Fill the user registration form by providing all the required information and submit.
** After submission you will receive an automated email notification containing your credentials to login on the GCAA Website.
** Once you get the credentials, press the “Login” link found on the top navigation bar of the web page besides “Sign Up” link.
** Enter the User Name and password which was received from GCAA.
** Press the “LOGIN” button to sign into the GCAA website and navigate to service catalogue page to access the required eservice.

Required Documents:
** Certificate of Competence dated, signed by all parties and stamped by Unit Management (LIF-ATC-003 form – available through e-Service from a link)
** Passport Copy
** UAE Visa Copy
** UAE National ID Card
** One recent color photograph with white background 3.0 x 3.5 cm (Attach .gif, .png, .jpg or .jpeg file only)

E-Payment:
Payments can be made in to the following means;.
1. Cash/ Cheque / Credit Card at GCAA Counter (Dubai/ Abu Dhabi)
2. Bank transfer to GCAA Bank Account
3. Online Payment though Credit Card (1.85% additional charge applicable)

Please Note:-
In case of online payment take note of the reference number starting with ICR***** displayed by the system immediately after confirmation of the payment. This will help to trace the transaction in future.

User Guide :
1. New Organizations are required to register for eservices to create an account
2. Log into GCAA website .gcaa.gov.ae
3. Click on the Eservices on the Menu bar indicated by the number 1

4. You can click on the Service catalogue (2) or any service group e.g. Airworthiness (3) tab. The Service Catalogue tab will take you to a list of eservices within the GCAA, while the Airworthiness tab will filter only the eservices within the Airworthiness department.

5. The Service Catalogue will take you to the Services Catalogue page with a list of all eservices.

6. Filter eservices by entering service name on “Type service Name or Keyword”.
7. Click on the View Service Card to view the requirements of each of the services or you can directly click “Access Service” link to enter into the services area for application.

8. On pressing the “Access Service” link on service catalogue page it will open the application status inquiry page (update/review pending approval) i.e. second tab by default where you can track/view your previously submitted application status.

9. On pressing the “first Tab” link it will open the application form.
10. On order to Attach any Document, following below process to be followed.
