Description Of The Process
Issuance of certificate of conformity assure the compliance of cosmetics and personal care products with the requirements of the approved standards and the production system is complying with the requirements and others specified in the technical regulation by Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology.

Registration Requirements
1. Application form (Online).
2. Valid Industry/Trade License (For Companies within UAE).
3. Authenticated free sale certificate from the country of origin.
4. Product composition & ingredients concentration report issued by the manufacturer.
5. Declaration of the Safety of the Nano-materials from the manufacturer.
6. Use of Good Manufacturing Practice as per UAE.S GSO ISO 22716 or any other GMP approved by ESMA.
7. Test Report from recognized laboratory as per the requirement of applicable standard for the product
8. Test Report for Glass containers as per UAE.S/GSO 2093 from the manufacturer.
9. Certificate for Organic / Halal/ or other claims.
10. Declaration from the factory that the Safety Report will be provided from the factory to the concerned Authority (If needed).
11. Labeling Artwork.
