This online system has been developed to assist prequalified consultants, contractors and developers in obtaining Right of Way-related No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from the Department of Transport for all works undertaken within, or which may impact Abu Dhabi’s roads Right of Way.
The NOC-ROW system is a one-stop shop for applicants seeking DoT’s No Objection Certificates for ROW services as it allows them to apply for and obtain Right of Way-related NOCs online.
This system is aimed at enhancing and expediting the process of issuing Right of Way-related NOCs as it is equipped with an advanced platform that allows DoT representatives and applicants to communicate efficiently during the assessment phase. Once all requirements have been met and upon DoT’s final approval on the application, the system will issue the No Objection Certificate on behalf of DoT.
Use of this service is restricted to DoT’s prequalified consultants, contractors and developers and requires login details (username and password). You can apply for login details by contacting the ROW team in DoT on the contact details furnished below.

Aimed at speeding and facilitating project approval procedures undertaken by the Department of Transport, this service -offered exclusively to our prequalified consultants- enables them to submit online applications to conduct Transportation Impact Studies (TIS) for projects requiring DoT’s approval. Consultants can also track application status and follow up online with DoT using this system.
This initiative is also in line with DoT’s strategy to provide services that are up to the highest international standards.
This service is for the exclusive use of the consultants prequalified and approved by DoT and it requires a username and password (login details).

NOC Renewal
No Objection Certificate for Bus Registration Renewal :
Through this service, individuals and business owners can request for the issuance of a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to renew their bus registration card issued by Abu Dhabi Police.
