Obtain Appointment/Number Tag For Today :
You can make an appointment for different kind of services (including applying for the resident identity card, travel documents, the Certificate of Criminal Record, different types of certificate and so on) on the website of the Identification Services Bureau anytime and anywhere.

The appointment will start by clicking the “Start to make an appointment” button. You will need to insert your identity card number, type of application and select the date and time of appointment that you preferred. The entire appointment process will just take a few minutes.
Once the appointment process is completed, the Identification Services Bureau will send you a SMS confirming you of the appointment that you have made and providing the relevant appointment details for your reference (this messaging service is only applicable to local mobile telephone number).

Reminders:
Eligible applicants do not need to make appointment or obtain a number tag in advance of using the self-service kiosks to renew the Macao SAR Resident Identity Card or apply for the Macao SAR Passport or the Certificate of Criminal Record.

Macao SAR Passport:
A. Eligibility :
Applicants who satisfy all of the following conditions are eligible for the Macao SAR Electronic Passport:
** Permanent Resident of Macau SAR with Chinese nationality.
** Holders of Macau Resident Identity Card (in short: BIR).
B. Submission and presentation of documents :
** Original Macao SAR Permanent Resident Identity Card (will be returned to the applicant after verified);
** One recent 1.5-inch color photograph with a WHITE background, which should be taken full face and without a hat;
** The former Macao SAR (Electronic ) Passport, in case of renewal;
** Macao SAR(Electronic) Travel Permit, if possess;
** An official police lost-report slip – for applicants who cannot submit the former Macao SAR (Electronic ) Travel Permit or Macau SAR(Electronic) Passport;
** Photocopies of both parents’ / the legal guardian’s identification documents and both parents / the legal guardian should sign the application form – for applicants under the age of 18;
** In addition, Macao SAR Electronic Passport is issued as an individual Passport, the applicant’s spouse and children should apply for their own Passports.
** If being in Macau, the applicant should apply in person at the Identification Department (hereafter referred as DSI).
