Payment Instructions:

2. When payment is made by cheque, remember to make the cheque payable to “Oficinas Navais” and it must comply with Paragraph 3 of Article 5 of No.22/2008 Administrative Regulation, of 4 August, and must be a certified cheque.

Quality Criteria: Performance Pledge
For minor repair : A quotation or a reply will be given within 5 working days;
For medium repair : A quotation or reply will be given within 10 working days;
For major repair : A quotation or reply will be given within 18 working days;
For normal repair and maintenance : A quotation or reply will be given within 3 working days.

The Water Tariff System :
** The water tariff system, a combination of category and tier, has achieved positive results in water saving since its implementation in 2011.
** In order to further promote water conservation, the Government prepared a water tariff adjustment plan form 2016/11/1, adopting the principle of “one who consumes more pays more”, for the promotion of water conservation in society and transforming Macao into a water efficient city.
Water Subsidy by Macao SAR Government :
** In recent years, water costs have been increasing in line with increases in the cost of raw water and related water works. To alleviate the impact of high water costs on the community, the Macao SAR government has been providing users with water subsidies of different levels on a long-term basis.
