Request To Whom It May Concern Certificate for UAE Citizens
UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs through all UAE diplomatic missions abroad provide the service of issuing a To Whom It May Concern certificate that explains the reasons for the presence of the citizen out of state during a specific time period for submission to official bodies.

Required documents when attendance:
** A copy of the passport and identity card.
** report from the concerned authorities in the foreign State to prove the reasons for its presence abroad.
** Fees AED 100 (according to the approved exchange rate in each embassy separately).
