Apply For FIFA World Cup Tickets :

During the Last Minute Sales Phase, Ticket purchases are processed as a real-time transaction to the extent inventory remains available.

Tickets will be available to purchase over the counter at designated FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres from 1st June 2014.

Members of the General Public can apply for 2014 FIFA World Cup™ Tickets in the following ways :

Online :
** Online from 15th April 2014 at 12 :00 CET / 07:00 Brasilia time
** Visit the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ ticketing website at www.FIFA.com/tickets and apply for tickets using one of your payment cards accepted for payment and that are authorized by your issuing bank to transact online. Visa is the preferred payment method of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™. During this Sales Phase you will be unable to pay by Boleto. If you do not have a Payment Card which is valid for online transactions, it is possible to purchase Tickets from designated FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres as stated below.
** Then, wait to receive an email or SMS confirming your application. Provided payment is received in full, you will be able to collect your Tickets from the official FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres in Brazil. For more information about the locations and opening times of the official FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres, please refer to the Ticket Collection Location page at www.fifa.com/tickets.

Note For Brazilian Cardholders :
Brazilian Visa Electron debit cards can be used to purchase FIFA World Cup™ tickets online. However, prior to beginning the ticket purchase or application, please verify with your bank that your card is potentially eligible to make this transaction. When using your Visa Electron debit card to make an Internet purchase, you will be redirected to an authentication process with your bank, similar to what is typically used for Internet Banking. This validation may include the download of a security software, token, password or SMS message. If you don’t have an Internet Banking account already set up, you are encouraged to set one up before purchasing tickets. Counter :
** Over the Counter from 1st June 2014
** Over the counter Ticket purchased can be paid by cash or a PIN-enabled payment card. Visa is the preferred payment method of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™. Only payment cards issued by Visa or Mastercard are accepted.
** You will receive a confirmation of your Ticket purchase which can then be used to collect your Tickets from the official FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres in Brazil. For more information about the locations and opening times of the official FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres, please refer to the Ticket Collection Location page at www.fifa.com/tickets. Please note, not all Ticket Collection facilities will offer Over The Counter Sales from 1st June 2014.

Concessionary Ticketing information :

In-line with the General World Cup™ Law / Lei Geral (Law No. 12.663/2012) for the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ and based on the agreement that was reached between FIFA and the Brazilian Federal Government, FIFA will implement specific ticket allocation principles with regard to certain members of the general public :
** Category 4 tickets will be made available to residents of Brazil only.
** In addition, Students, and Bolsa Familiy members resident in Brazil are entitled to receive a discounts of 50% for Category 4 or Disabled Access Tickets or Category 4 Venue Specific Ticket Series (i.e. no discount applies for VSTs in Category 1, 2 or 3).
** Students, Elderly people and Bolsa Familiy members will be entered into a priority Random Draw with respect to the first 300,000 Category 4 tickets for the 2014 FIFA World Cup™.
** Furthermore, FIFA will also grant discounts of 50% to Elderly people (aged 60 or older by the day of the Final of the 2014 FIFA World Cup™) who are residents of Brazil and purchasing Categories 1-4 or Disabled Access Tickets. This includes Individual Match Tickets, Venue Specific Tickets or Team Specific Tickets*

Note :
** No other discounts or further preferential rights will be granted to other members of the general public for any Category 1-4 tickets or other Ticket products. Individuals who qualify under more than one of the eligibility criteria outlined above will not qualify for multiple discounts on the price of their Tickets.
** In case the Ticket Applicant or any of his/her Guest is resident in Brazil and entitled to the purchase of a Category 4 Ticket or a discount pursuant to 12.663/2012 (General World Cup Law), when collecting Tickets pursuant to section 11.1 of the Sales Regulations, the Ticket Applicant will be required to present such official Brazilian documents which evidence the fulfilment of the Personal Condition that entitles the Ticket Applicant or any of his/her Guest to the purchase of a Category 4 Ticket or a discount pursuant to 12.663/2012 (General World Cup Law). The type of document permitted is set out in the FAQ document in questions as follows :

Elderly Persons :
Customers resident in Brazil who are 60 years old or older by the 13th July, 2014 (day of the Final) are eligible for a 50% discount on all Tickets Categories, Disabled Access Tickets, TST and VSTs personally used by such customer.

Students :
Students resident in Brazil and which are a holder of the Brazilian National Student ID card are eligible for a 50% discount on all Category 4 Tickets, Disabled Access Tickets and Category 4 VSTs personally used by such customer.

Bolsa Familia members :
** Participants of federal programs for the transfer of income (Bolsa Familia) are eligible for a 50% discount on all Category 4 Tickets, Disabled Access Tickets and Category 4 VSTs personally used by such customer.
** Therefore, such Ticket Applicants may not request the delivery of the Tickets as they will need to provide proof of their entitlement when they collect the Tickets.
** In any case, on Match day, in order to access or remain in the Stadium, each Ticket Holder must carry and present the same documents upon request of the FIFA World Cup Authorities.
** Misrepresentation of eligibility for discounted tickets may result in the tickets being cancelled.
