Get in the GAME! Contest :
1. Timing :
Entries will be accepted until September 30th for purchases made up to and including August 31, 2014. Random draws for prizes will be held on October 8, 2014.
Contest Period : From June 1 to August 31st, 2014.
2. Eligibility – Contractor :
To participate, the contractor must purchase a minimum of $150 per invoice, excluding taxes, of qualifying Twist-Lock® products from a Hubbell Distributor. Once purchased the end-user registers their purchase via the Contractor Section on http://www.hubbellgitg.com/. Participants must be legal residents of Canada and 18 years of age or older. Management, employees and families of Hubbell Canada LP are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Hubbell Canada LP. Hubbell Canada LP has the right to require proof of identity or eligibility from the participant in order for them to participate in the contest. Failure to provide such proof can result in disqualification. Hubbell Canada LP reserves the right to disqualify a participant if the information is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
3. Eligibility – Distributor Representative :
To participate, the distributor representative must sell a minimum of $150 per invoice, excluding taxes, of qualifying Twist-Lock® products. Once sold the distributor representative registers the sale via the Distributor Representative Section on http://www.hubbellgitg.com/. Participants must be legal residents of Canada and 18 years of age or older. Management, employees and families of Hubbell Canada LP are prohibited from winning any prizes awarded by Hubbell Canada LP. Hubbell Canada LP has the right to require proof of identity or eligibility from the participant in order for them to participate in the contest. Failure to provide such proof can result in disqualification. Hubbell Canada LP reserves the right to disqualify a participant if the information is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
4. No Purchase Necessary :
To participate in this promotion without purchasing product, send an original letter, not reproduced mechanically, with a minimum of seventy-five (75) words explaining why you would like to participate in this contest with a self-addressed stamped envelope to : Hubbell Canada LP, Attn: Marketing / 2014 Get In The Game Promotion, 870 Brock Road South, Pickering, ON L1W 1Z8, before August 31 2014 (post-mark will be used as a proof of date shipped). There is a limit of one entry “no purchase is necessary” per person.
5. Prizes – Contractor :
** Three (3) winners (one end-user per Hubbell Canada Sales Region) will be determined in a random drawing to be held on October 8th for a Samsung® 50” 1080p 210Hz LED Smart TV. Cash value $1000.
** Six (6) winners (two end-users per Hubbell Canada Sales Region) will be determined in a random drawing to be held on October 8th for an Apple® iPad Mini Tablet. Cash value $330.
** Nine (9) winners (two end-users per Hubbell Canada Sales Region) will be determined in a random drawing to be held on October 8th for an Official FIFA World Cup™ Soccer Jersey. Cash value $150.
6. Prizes – Distributor Representative :
Three (3) winners (one distributor representative per Hubbell Canada Sales Region) will be determined in a random drawing to be held on October 8th for an Apple® iPad Mini Tablet. Cash value $330. Hubbell University modules must be completed, by August 31, 2014 in order to qualify for the random drawing.
7. Awarding of Prizes :
** Participants are eligible for one prize only. The winners must be able to be reached by a Hubbell Canada LP representative within 72 hours of the draw or they will be disqualified.
** A skill testing question must be answered before prizes are awarded : 2540 + 65 = ?
** A copy of the invoice provided on the entry form must be provided, as proof of sale, before prizes are awarded.
** By participating and accepting the prize, the winners agree to provide their name, address, photograph as requested by Hubbell Canada LP for publicity purposes.
