How do I sign up?
Download and launch the application. When prompted, enter your Online Banking login ID or business Online Banking company ID-login ID and password. The first time you sign in, you’ll be required to accept the Mobile Banking Service Agreement. If you have any questions, please contact Zions Online Banking at 800-840-4999 (Mon. to Sat. from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT.).
What do I need to use the application?
** You need a Zions Bank account that’s enrolled in Online Banking or Business Online Banking and an iPad that can access the Internet or download applications.
** To use Zions Bank Business Tablet Banking*, you must be entitled as a company system administrator (CSA) within Business Online Banking.
** *Must be enrolled in Online Banking to use Mobile Banking. Message or data rates from your wireless provider may apply.
Is there a charge to use Tablet Banking?
No. There’s currently no charge; however, ordinary bank fees under other agreements still apply (i.e., funds transfer that results in an overdraft charge). Also, your wireless phone carrier may impose data or messaging charges. Check with your wireless phone carrier for more information.
