Instructions For Migration Form College To College :
1.(a) This form is to be sent through the Principal of the College where the student is enrolled who will certify the correctness of the statement made by the student.
Every application for migration must be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 1070/-
(b) if the applicant is detained students or one who has been degraded or against whom any disciplinary action has been taken, the principal should specifically mention this in his remarks.
2.The student should obtain the sanction of Principal of the College Where he wishes to migrate.
3.The Leaving certificate is not to be given by a Principal until transfer of a student has been sanctioned by the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education, No admission without such sanction shall be considered valid.
4.In case of illness the application must be accompanied with a proper medical certificate.
5.Only which will not be refunded even if the application is rejected. The Same should be deposited in any Branch of Habib Bank Ltd, the amount should be sent by money order to Secretary, Board of intermediate & Secondary Education, Rawalpindi
6. Two passport size photographs duly attested should be attached.

Instructions for Students :
The private students or their parents should deposit their admission forms just after the announcement of schedule and not wait for the last date. They should obtain the receipt from Inquiry Section of the Board.
In case a letter is received by the student and the queries are not answered, Roll No. Slip will not be issued. For the convenience of students the detail of the papers, name of the student and date of birth is endorsed on the date sheet.

Rules for SSC (Part System) for the Session 2005 :
1. Govt. of the Punjab Education Department has approved the reforms in the examination system introducing a new scheme of studies from class 1 to 12 vide notification no: SO (A-11) 8-5/2002 dated 27-2004, which is implemented w.e.f 1st April, 2004.
The Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education have conducted. The SSC Exam. Part-I (Class 9th) Exam in March 2005 and will hold Part-II (Class 10th ) Exam in March, 2006 under this new system.
2. (i) Private Candidates will not be allowed to appear in Science Group and Other Practical Examination. However, it will be decided in the coming Educational Session 2005-2007.
(ii) Part-wise system has been introduced in the new scheme of studies for the SSC Exam. and according to new scheme of studies Secondary School Certificate Examination will have 1050 total marks.
