How to Get Started :
** Before using Mobile Banking, you must Enroll your accounts in Online Banking.

Accounts :
** View account balances, transaction activity including pending transactions, provide a summary of Cash In and Cash Out, and Search for transactions.

Is the mobile app available for all phones?
The mobile app is available for download on the iPhone®, iPad®, and Android™ applications. iPhone® and iPad® can be found in the Apple® App Store® and Android™ can be found in the Google Play™ market.
What can our App do?
The mobile app has a variety of features that allow you to manage accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit a check, and view locations.
How do I download the App?
Once you are enrolled in online banking and have registered your phone you can visit your app store to download the mobile app.
How do I login?
After locating the app on your phone, the first page will prompt you for a user id and password. You will provide your Online Banking user id and password to gain access.
How do I open the options menu?
In the upper left hand corner you will see a box with 3 stripes. Tap this box to open the options menu.
What functions do I have within the Accounts screen?
The accounts screen will allow you to view available balances. You can tap the account for which you would like to view to gain information on that particular account.
What is the difference between red and green transactions on the Activity Screen of the Accounts tab?
Red transactions are debits and simplified by having a “-” in front of the figure. Green transactions are credits.
What information can I use the “Search” function for in the Accounts Section?
You can search all transcations or specify between debits and credits by clicking on the appropriate tab within the app. Once you make the selection you can then filter by date, amount, or check # or a combination of the options.
Do I have to go back to the Accounts homepage to change accounts?
No, in the gray box above the Activity and Summary tabs you will see a white left and right arrow. You can swipe either direction to change accounts.
