Bracknell Recycling Incentive Scheme
** Residents who recycle their household waste properly, in their blue bin, can collect points and exchange them for rewards in our recycling incentive scheme.

How to register :
e+ card holders :
** If you already have an e+ card you can register for the incentive scheme online – just follow the link below.
** Please allow 4 weeks for your activation pack to arrive following registration.
Recycling Rewards Registration :
Step 1 of 3 :
You must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the Recycling Rewards scheme :
** Already possess a valid e+ card.
** At least 16 years old.
** A resident of Bracknell Forest borough.
** Note only one person per household may register for the scheme.

No e+ card :
** To take part in the scheme you’ll need an e+ card.
** If you haven’t got one you can start the application process for one online.
** However, you’ll need to complete the process in person.
** You’ll be able to register for the recycling rewards scheme as part of the application process.
Rewards and logging into your account :
How to collect points :
** Residents who have joined the scheme will be awarded 200 points each time they recycle correctly in their blue bin.
** Points will be awarded after collection of recycling and may take up to two weeks to show up on your account.
How to check your points balance :
** You can check your points balance and find out how to use your points to get a reward by logging into your account in the reward portal.
How to redeem your points :
** To redeem your points for a leisure or library reward go along to the relevant location, produce your e+ card and ask to pay with reward points before the transaction is processed.
** Points will be removed from your account in exchange for the reward.
Missing points :
** If you log into your account and you think you may be missing some points then please contact customer services on 01344 352000 so this can be looked into.
** Please note you are responsible for monitoring whether you are receiving reward points following recycling collections, if you are missing any points you are responsible for notifying the council, any claims for missing points must be made within 3 months of the recycling collection date being claimed for.
Terms & Conditions :
** Only residents of the area of Bracknell Forest Borough Council are eligible for the scheme.
** The scheme is only open to residents aged 16 and over and only for one registered e+ card per household.
** Residents need to hold an e+ card to register for the scheme and the e+ Terms and Conditions of use apply to this scheme.
** Any changes to the registered e+ card holder must be notified to the council.
** Points will only be awarded if your recycling contains the correct materials – you will be notified if the bin contains the wrong items.
** Points will not be awarded if bins presented for collection are empty.
** The Council can change the number of points that may be earned per collection.
** Details of the current value of points will be published on our website.
** Points can only be redeemed against the value of the reward as published by the Council as at the time of redemption.
** The Council can limit the number of points you can earn or the number of points you can redeem and give you notice of such changes through our website only.
** Points are not the property of the account holder.
** Points cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of currency or credit.
** The list of rewards and/or rewards partners available may change at any time.
** You are responsible for sticking the tag on your blue bin and checking that your tag is in place each collection.
** If you lose your tag, or it gets damaged you are responsible for notifying the Council so a replacement can be sent out.
** You are responsible for monitoring whether you are receiving reward points following recycling collections, if you are missing any points you are responsible for notifying the Council.
