Pay Your Parking Ticket :
** The quickest and most convenient way to pay your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) is online using your debit or credit card.

** A 50% discount applies if you pay within 14 days of service (or 21 days for a CCTV parking PCN received through the post).
What you’ll need to pay online :
** the 10 digit number at the top of the parking ticket beginning with WM or WS
** If you’ve lost your ticket, call 020 7823 4567 (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm).
** your debit or credit card
You can’t pay online if :
** your parking ticket is more than 60 days old
** you’ve received an ‘Order for Recovery of Unpaid Penalty Charge Notice’ that’s older than 21 days – contact the debt recovery team on 020 7641 1797.
** you’ve received a bailiff’s letter – please contact the bailiff directly

By phone :
** Pay over the phone by debit or credit card on 020 7823 4567 (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm).
In a Westminster post office :
** You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit card at a Westminster post office.
By post :
** You can send a cheque or postal order made payable to ‘City of Westminster’ to Parking Services, City of Westminster, PO Box 733, Redhill RH1 9FN.
** For the 50% discount to apply, please allow time for postage so that we receive the payment within 14 days of the PCN service (or 21 days for a PCN received through the post).
** Please do not send cash through the post.
Challenge your parking ticket :
** If you feel a parking ticket (PCN) has been issued incorrectly, you can challenge it online.
** This is the quickest way to challenge your parking ticket.
We’ll show you :
** photos of how your vehicle was parked or CCTV footage of your vehicle
** It can take up to 24 hours from the time of issue for photos to appear online.
You’ll need :
** the 10 digit number at the top of the parking ticket – it begins with WM or WS.
** If you’ve lost your ticket contact us on 020 7823 4567 (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm)
** your vehicle registration details
** Alternatively a written challenge can be submitted by post to City of Westminster Parking Services, PO Box 733, Redhill, RH1 9FN.
Has your vehicle been removed?
** Westminster City Council does not remove vehicles.
However, your vehicle may have been removed by :
** a neighbouring borough if you parked on a street bordering Westminster in contravention of their regulations
** Transport for London if you were parked on a red route
** It may be that your vehicle has been relocated to a nearby parking bay so it is worth checking around the area.
