** NCEA results have been made available to the University. We have begun assessing applications and will continue making decisions. It is important to note that decisions about some programmes may be made earlier than others. Please continue to check your online Application for Admission for updates.

CIE (taken in NZ) students : important message
** 2016 CIE (taken in NZ) results have been made available to the University.
** We have begun assessing applications and will make decisions as soon as possible.
** It is important to note that decisions about some programmes may be made earlier than others.
** Please sign into your Application for Admission for updates.
Sign in to the Application for Admission. A summary page will appear that shows the status of your application(s).
After you have provided the required information, your application will be considered by the University.
** Please be aware that during peak admission periods (October to February, June – July), documents may take up to three weeks to process and assess. If you’ve sent in all your admission documents at one time, certain admission documents will take longer to process and be updated in the system than others.
** The timing of an offer of place to a programme may vary according to the evaluation of programme-specific requirements such as a portfolio, audition and/or interview. As soon as a decision is made, it will be reflected on your Application for Admission.
** You’ll receive an email to let you know whether you have been offered a place in the programme or if your application has been declined.
Drop or swap a course :
** At the start of each semester or quarter, you can drop, swap or edit your courses on Student Services Online.
** Make sure you complete any changes to your enrolment before the Deadlines for changing your enrolment.
Swap a course :
** You can swap a course you’re enrolled in for another one, while keeping your place in the original course until you finish the swap.
Instructions :
** Sign into Student Services Online
** Click on the ‘Manage Classes’ icon
** Click ‘Swap Courses’
** Select the semester of the class you want to swap and click continue. The ‘Student Enrolment-Swap’ page appears with a drop-down list of courses you’re enrolled in for the term you selected. Select the course you want to swap out of
Do one of the following to begin enrolling in the course you want to swap into :
** Search for the course using class search
** Search for a course from your programme requirements
** Select from the list of courses in your enrolment cart—if there are any in it
** Enter the five-digit number of a class from the course—if you know it
Drop a course :
** You can drop a course online, until the deadlines for changing your enrolment.
** If you have questions about changing your enrolment and the deadline has passed, please contact your Faculty Student Centre.
Instructions :
** Sign into Student Services Online
** Click on the ‘Manage Classes’ icon
** Click ‘Drop Courses’
** Select the semester of the course you want to drop
** Select the course or courses that you want to drop and click ‘Next’
** Click the green ‘Drop Courses’ button
** Confirm your selection
** View the results
Edit a course :
** If you only want to change your tutorial, lab or workshop, you can Edit your course.
Instructions :
** Sign into Student Services Online
** Click on the ‘Manage Classes’ icon
** Click ‘Edit Courses’
** Select the semester of the class you want to edit
** Select the course you want to edit from the drop-down list of courses you’re enrolled in for the term you selected
** Select a new tutorial, lab or workshop from a list for that course
** Confirm your selection and decide whether you want to waitlist if the class is full
** View the results.
