Note :
** Please use Mozilla Firefox version 3.6 (or higher) and Internet Explorer 8.0 (or higher) in a web browser. Resolution 1280 x 800 (or higher) is recommended to get the best view.
Password should be at least 12 characters with combination of letters, numbers & symbols.
** Your computer must be equipped with Adobe Reader (PDF) that allows you to print the registration form has been completed. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded HERE .
** Please make sure pop-up blocker has been closed.
Registration Procedure :
The process is as follows :

A. Sign In/ Login :
I. Log In to the System Registry Provider :
1. Please visit the MFA in http://www.kln.gov.my Portal. Please use the Mozilla web browser Firefox version 3.6 (or higher) or Internet Explorer 8.0 (or higher).
2. Click on the System Registry Provider. Registration System Login Screen Providers will be displayed.
3. Insert No. Registration (MyCoID) and Password.
** Click the LOGIN button to log into the system.
** Click the RESET button to clear the space.
** If the login is successful, Supplier Information Registration Screen will be displayed.
** If the login fails, an error message will appear : “The combination MyCoID and password is invalid.
II. Early Registration :
1. During the Login Screen click on “First time login?. Registration Screen First will be displayed.
2. Enter all the necessary information.
** Click the REGISTER button to send the information.
** Click the RESET button to clear the space.
Note :
** If pre-registration is successful, Successful Early registration screen will be displayed. You need to open the email to activate.
** Once your account has been activated, the screen will Accounts Been Activated displayed.
3. Click ‘Back to Login Screen “to log into the system.
III. Forgot your password? :
1. During the Login screen click on the ‘Forgot your password** Click here. Forgot Screen Routes will be displayed.
2. Enter all the necessary information.
** Click on the SUBMIT button to send the information.
** Click on the RESET button to clear the space.
** If the information entered is valid, the following message will displayed “Your password has been sent to you via email. Please check your e-mail you “.
B. Registration Information Providers.
I. Registration Information Providers :
1. Enter the necessary information.
** Click the SAVE button to register the information provider.
** Click the SAVE / EXIT to register information providers and out from the system.
** Click the CANCEL button to cancel the registration.
2. If the registration is successful, a successful registration information screens will displayed.
** Click the PRINT button to print out the list of suppliers in the format PDFs.
** Click the UPDATE button if you wish to make updates.
** Click the PREVIOUS SCREEN to return to the previous screen.
** Click on the WEB BROWSER CLOSE to close the web browser.
II. Update Providers :
Users can log back into the system and update the company at any time when needed.
1. Sign in Supplier Registration System. Provider Information screen will displayed.
2. Enter information to be updated.
** Click the SAVE button to save the information that has been updated.
** Click the SAVE / EXIT to save the information and exit systems.
** Click the PRINT button to print the information in PDF format.
