1. Are all the eBanking services available 24 hrs a day?
You can access Danske Bank eBanking 24hrs a day. However, access to some functions may be restricted on Sundays from midnight until 6am for essential maintenance purposes.
Occasionally, our systems may be under maintenance or there may be temporary failures. We will notify you of any service breaks on the eBanking log in page.
2. How can I make sure I have logged out safely?
To close your eBanking session, click Log off. We recommend that you now clear your Browser Cache.

3. How do I change my address and contact information in eBanking?
You can change your phone number, e-mail address and street address in Finland through eBanking. Changes to the address and contact information require that the customer can be identified and authenticated.
For reasons of security, we cannot change your contact information on the basis of, e.g., a notification you have sent from the bank’s Web page.
4. Which accounts can I link to eBanking?
All of your current accounts, savings accounts and deposit accounts will be available to you through eBanking.
You can also view all of the accounts for which you have user rights. Please note that when viewing company accounts you need to select the company in question as your customer role.
5. Is Danske Bank eBanking compatible with Linux?
Danske Bank does not offer technical support for Linux users.
