1. How to rent an official area(excepting the commercial activities)
Sending a formal request letter to General Manager of Suvarnabhumi Airport according to the address as following : The Airports of Thailand Plc. (AOT), Suvarnabhumi Airport branch, 999 Moo 1 Nong Prue, Bang Phli, Samut Prakan 10540.
Including your purpose and details of the area (For example,how much is an area in sq.m., outside or inside terminal building etc.). We will reply to you about 3-5 workday.
2. How to rent an area for commercial activities.
AOT has already granted the commercial activities license to King Power Suvarnabhumi Co., Ltd.. Please contact directly by telephone number (+662)-134-8888.
3. How to rent the area at AOB (Airport Operation Building).

4. If new airlines want to rent area ?
New airlines need documents by following,
i. Air Operation Certification
ii. License of trade of Aviation
iii. SLOT
5. How long does it take to make the rental space contract ?
In case if you have all documents for contract arrangement, it generally takes within 30 days.

If the new Airlines are not schedule flights, will they be required to make the Property, Service and Facility Usage Agreement at Suvarnabhumi Airport? How can they make the payment for aviation fee?
No , they won’t be. If they are charter flights, cash payment on every flight of their operation will be needed.
