Warranty Conditions :
** Warranty starts on the date the product is purchased from SYNNEX.
Synnex (Thailand) Public Company Limited does not provide exchange or refund to products with the following conditions :
** Product not in its original condition, i.e., there is a sign of burn, breakage, chip, dent, twist, crack, hole or scratch.
** Product shows sign of inappropriate storage such as rust, oxide or liquid stain.
** Product is damaged due to external factors such as power brownout, power surge, or lightning strike.
** The original Synnex warranty sticker is not in such condition whereby the content of the sticker is comprehensible.
** Product has been misused, undergone accident or show signs of unauthorized modification or repair.
** The Company reserves right to provide warranty for product that has pen marks which could not be erased without affecting the condition of the product or the original warranty sticker.
** Product is loss or damaged due to inappropriate packaging.
** Product has no serial number, if applicable, or has counterfeit Synnex warranty sticker.
** Product is damaged due to software or virus or operational system installed by customer.
** Product with time-out warranty or is not damaged after inspection will be charged with service fee.

** Limited Life Time or Life Time Warranty is a warranty against defects in materials under regular use condition. The warranty is applicable as long as the warranted product is still in production and being marketed.
** When the product goes under End of Life (EOL) announcement, the warranty is still valid for one year after the EOL Announcement Date, with at least 3-year warranty coverage since the date of purchase.

** Limited life time or Life time warranty is after Vendors announcement End Of life(EOL) officially the warranty will be valid in 1 more year. Anyhow, since customers buy our products at least 3 years warranty will be covered.

Instruction for Use :

a) Please be careful when type number zero “0” and letter “o”.
b) MTXXXXX, COAXXXX, GGXXXXX is a document number, not a serial number.
