Your registration in the website enables you to reserve tickets online using the Master or Visa Cards and search for our companies various trips
Currently the system supports only local credit cards (issued in Egypt).

Traveling Instructions :
Welcome to the internet bus reservation Service of the West & Middle Delta, East Delta, and Upper Egypt companies.
Currently, the service is applied for online reservation to the following trips :
** CAIRO – ALEX – MARSA MATROUH
** CAIRO – SHARM ELSHEIKH
** CAIRO – HURGADA
Terms & Conditions :
Following are the terms and conditions of the service. Please note that using the service implies the acceptance of the service “Terms & Conditions ” .
Service Charge :
** The charge of this service is 4% on each ticket (with minimum 2 LE per each reservation transaction). The payment can be done using VISA and MasterCard credit cards.
** The system issues only full-fare tickets, i.e. no halfs or free tickets are issued.
Traveling Process :
** The “Main Traveler” (MT) is the person that uses his/her credit card to reserve the tickets or a person relative to the card owner. MT can reserve one or more tickets, up to 100 tickets on a trip for the same day.
** It is allowed for MT to reserve a trip before its departure by 1 days as a minimum and 15 days as a maximum.
** At the end of the reservation process, the basic data (Reservation ID and seats numbers) is displayed on the screen and emailed to the user. MT must write down or print the basic data.
At the station, MT rides directly into the bus. MT must have the following required documents :
Case-1 : if MT is the owner of the credit card
** The credit card that has been used in the Internet reservation
** The reservation basic data (printed or hand-written)
Case-2 : if MT is NOT the owner of the credit card
** MT formal ID (National ID card or Passport)
** The credit card or a photocopy of the front face of the credit card that has been used in the Internet reservation
** The reservation basic data (printed or hand-written)
** The bus supervisor checks the documents and validates them against the trip records and return them back to MT. Then, the tickets are delivered to MT.
** In case of not having one or more of the required document or failed the validation against the trip records then will have to pay for all the tickets. The Holding Company for Maritime and Land Transport (HCMLT) asks the dear traveler to have the required documents when riding the bus.
Cancel a Previous Reservation :
** The user can not cancel a previous reservation from the Internet
** The value of the tickets will not be refunded.
Travel of Groups :
The Tourist groups are not allowed to reserve from the Internet. Their Travel Agent in Egypt should contact the company for further information where special travel and security arrangements are made.
Suspension of Service :
The company has the right to suspend the service for a specific user or credit card if it appeared that the user has violated the service “Terms and Conditions” or tried to manipulate the system.
In road trips :
In both the flowing cases you MUST use the reservation stations only :
** Raas Sedr , Abu Zenima and Abu Redees cities on Cairo – Sharm trips do not yet include reservation stations, so you can not use online reservation to or from those cities.
** Raas Gharab city on Cairo – Hargada trips does not include yet reservation station, so you can not use online reservation to or from that city citiy.
General Instructions :
** It is no allowed to carry animals, birds, liquids, and fire sensitive materials.
** Every passenger should follow the company instructions regarding luggage’s.
** When passengers have a poof of loosing any of their luggages, the company is committed to pay a compensation.
** The HCMLT company asks the dear passenger to sincerely cooperate to success this service by following the service instructions (“Terms and Conditions” mentioned on this page).
