cooperation and Training Institutes that working in IT field which has interest to deal with Kuwait Government IT Sector within year 2016, to request a registration in accordance with standard procedure forward to “Strategic Planning Department”
Terms & Conditions :
First : System Objective
Reduce the risk of delay or failure in implementing governmental IT plans or projects and to insure better product quality, and also to create competitive transparent environment between private sectors for better performance.
Second : System Components
a. Qualification (according to specific field abilities and capabilities).
b. Category Classification (according to abilities and capabilities).
c. Upgrade/Downgrade basis.
d. Performance measurement.
e. Historical data and file storage.
f. Reporting, Publication and Document handling.
Third : Instructions
a. Companies/Establishments welling to work with Government sector will be registered according to rules and regulations set by CAIT and after adoption from CTC.
b. All necessary data and documents for the registration will be shown online, including guidelines for each data and declarations required.
c. CAIT will establish an Image System related to the registration process which will be used to issue reports and obtain data and analyze it, In order to measure and rapidly correct criteria in an effort to enhance and reach set goals
d. CAIT will issue annual bulletins related to performance and service quality provided by the private sector, and use this data to evaluate the performance and accordingly suggest upgrade, downgrade or withhold, which will be presented to CTC for adoption.
e. Using available tools to introduce the registration system and its advantages and requirements through the official Government web site.

Registration process begins by providing data online and paying the required fees according to eligibility statement, and it ends by issuing a certificate indicating category and field of specialization.
