** This confidential document is strictly personal. You do not have the right to request the ballot of another person, even if it is your spouse (e) or your adult child.

If you were born (e) out of France, even if you are French, you must attach proof of  valid identity

** The law punishes anyone who has been issued with the report of criminal records of a third party.

Information :
since May 17, 2010, Bulletin No. 3 criminal record no longer contains the handwritten signature of the department head of the national criminal record but only its title, first and last name typed.

Warnings :
** The criminal record may be requested by the person concerned or his legal representative in the case of a minor or an adult under guardianship. It can in no way, even with the consent of the applicant, be issued to a third party (Article 777 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
** Be issued with the criminal record of a third party is punishable by law (Article 781 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
** The identity you provide will be verified by the Service. It must therefore be strictly according to marital status.

Note :
“Bulletin # 3 can not be applied in the service of national criminal automated by the person concerned, or his legal representative in the case of a minor or an adult under guardianship. Application shall state the marital status of the person concerned, may be made by letter or submitted electronically. However, if the applicant was born abroad, if his place of birth is unknown, or if the child is under twelve years, the application may only be made – by letter with proof of marital status. Bulletin # 3 can also be obtained if the person concerned was present at the service of national criminal automated and justifies identity “(Article R. 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).
