Save yourself time by paying for and printing your postage using your computer at home, or work. Then, simply attach it to your parcel and drop into a drop-box, over the counter at your local Post Shop or request a pick up. It’s that easy.

** Add your delivery address and pay for your postage
** Download the label, print it, and attach it to your parcel
** Drop it off at your local PostShop or request a pick up

To use this service for sending parcels within New Zealand you’ll need :
** A credit card or debit card to pay for your postage online.
** Adobe Reader – the label is generated as a PDF document. Download Adobe Reader
** Access to a printer to print out the postage label.
For international parcels :
For sending parcels internationally you’ll also need :
** A clear pouch to hold two copies of the label on your item. These clear pouches can be purchased online.
** All international parcels must have a fully completed customs declaration or consignment note attached to them.
** Depending on the type and value of your item, an Export Invoice and/or Export Entry form may be required.
Please note that additional compensation cover is not available for your item unless you visit your local PostShop.
FAQs :
1. What value can my parcel be when I send using print postage online?
You can only send parcels internationally up to a value of NZ$1,000. For parcels valued at over this amount please take your item into your local New Zealand Post retail outlet.
2. Can I store my print postage online orders to print later?
If you can’t (or don’t want to) download and print your postage straight away you can still access it at a later date.
We will send you an order confirmation email with the postage attached and also keep it in your order history (My account > Orders) if you were signed into a New Zealand Post online account when you paid for postage. You can access this when you’re signed into your account. Postage is valid for use once only.
3. Can I track my print postage online parcel?
If you chose a tracked postage option then we will add your parcel tracking number to our tracking tool.
From here, your parcel will be remembered and you can share your tracking details and/or subscribe to alerts. If you choose an untracked service, you will not be able to track the parcel.
4. What international services are available through print postage online?
International Express Courier
** Worldwide document and merchandise courier service to over 220 destinations.
** Ideal where speed is vital or items are of high importance.
International Courier
** Available to 46 destinations.
** Ideal where cost is more important than speed.
International Air*
** 3 to ten day delivery target
** 220 destinations, including PO Boxes and rural areas worldwide
*Items sent using International Air must weigh less than 2 kg and be valued at less than NZ$250.
