The Court of Appeals, second highest tribunal of the land, was created on February 1, 1936 by virtue of Commonwealth Act No. 3 promulgated on December 31, 1935 with its eleven (11) Judges with Pedro Concepcion as the first Presiding Judge.
With the enactment of Commonwealth Act No. 259 dated April 7, 1938, the appellate judges were named justices and the composition of the Court of Appeals was increased to fifteen (15) justices.

I would like to ask about our case CA-G.R.SP No.148294 which was decided by the 10th division in our favor against Coca-Cola Bottlers Phils.Inc.last May 25,2018 in which they filed an MR last June and our opposition comment last July 11,2018. How long the resolution regarding our case will take?
PPC management says, they filed an appeal on this decision to the Supreme Court. May I have a copy of their appeal or any SC Decision on this case? I am also an employee with the same problem of Ferdinand Agasang.
