Introduction :
This Service allows you to make online applications for certified true copies of reports/documents from the Singapore Police Force.

Important Notice :
From 13 Sep 2017, the access rights of users using SingPass to log in to E-ACRS can no longer be edited (via EASY), except to remove the access.
Businesses that want to change the access rights of existing users will have to set up CorpPass user accounts to log in via CorpPass. Any request for additional documents (after you have submitted an application) must be made via a fresh application.
This is because a $14.00 fee shall be leviable for every search for a report, statement, information, document or records in the possession of the police, in accordance with the Fees Act (Chapter 106, Section 2).
Please not that providing false information to the Police in the e-application is an offence under section 182 of the Penal Code, Chapter 224

Process :
Step 1 : Complete the online forms & make payment via Credit/Debit Card or i-Banking
Step 2 : Upon successful application, proceed to pay for the document fees via Credit/Debit Card or I-Banking
Step 3 : Collect the Reports/Documents
What You Need :
1. SingPass and/or CorpPass
2. Prepare the following information for the application
For Individual Applicant :
** Applicant’s Particulars (Title, Full Name, NRIC No)
** Local Contact Number (e.g. mobile/ residence/ any other local number)
** Valid Email Address (To inform you on progress of application)
** Incident Details (e.g. nature of offence, date and time of incident)
** Report/IP No (for Land Division’s application)
** Date of Accident/Violation (for Traffic Police’s application)
For Corporate Applicant :
** Company Particulars (Registered Name, Address)
** Client’s Particulars (Title, Full Name, NRIC No)
** Local Contact Number (e.g. mobile/ residence/ any other local number)
** Valid Email Address (To inform you on progress of application)
** Incident Details (e.g. nature of offence, date and time of incident)
** Report/IP No (for Land Division’s application)
** Date of Accident/Violation (for Traffic Police’s application)
3. Valid Credit/Debit Card (VISA/MASTERCARD) or i-Banking account for online payment.
** A non-refundable search fee of $14 is payable at the point of application
** A document fee is payable within 30 days from date of notice of successful application

The online application will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. Please note that your information will not be saved if you terminate the session before submitting your application.

1. What is the payment mode?
Payment can be made via Credit/Debit Card or Internet Banking. For payment via eNets Credit/Debit Card, you must possess a VISA Credit Card, MasterCard Credit Card, MasterCard Debit Card, or Visa Electron Debit Card.
For payment via Internet Banking, you must have a valid Internet Banking Account with Citibank, DBS, or UOB.
2. Can I ask for refund for the search fee or document fees?
There will be no refund for payment after the application is submitted and the payment is made for the service/ documents. If the customer feels that a refund is justified, the customer must submit a written request for refund to the division in charge of the case.
Please provide the following details together with your request, unless otherwise stated : transaction reference number, name and NRIC of applicant, and valid reasons for cancellation or refund. All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis.
3. I received the error message: “Unable to process your request”.
To ensure successful submission, ensure the following :
** Do not click on the back and forward button on your browser
** Do not do multiple applications at one time
** Enable cookies (Browser Setting)
