DNC Consumer Online Registration
For organisations in Singapore that have an account with the DNC Registry, CorpPass can be used to access the system starting from 25 March 2017.

Organisations can also continue to login to the DNC Registry via SingPass until Q2 2018. From Q3 2018, CorpPass will be the only login method for online corporate transactions with the Government.
You may register your number with one or more of the following 3 Registers :
** No Voice Call (to opt out of receiving telemarketing calls)
** No Text Message (to opt out of receiving telemarketing text messages, such as SMS or MMS)
** No Fax Message (to opt out of receiving telemarketing fax messages or if your telephone number is not a fax number)
Registration will take about 5 minutes to complete.
Step 1 : Please enter your telephone number and select an action in the drop down list.
Step 2 : You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) through the following methods
** SMS to your mobile phone – if your number begins with “8” or “9”.
** Call to your fixed line phone – if your number begins with “3” or “6”. The OTP will be read out to you.
** Fax to your machine – If you are registering a fax number, please tick the “This is a fax machine” checkbox. The OTP will be faxed to you.
Step 3 : Please enter the OTP sent to you to proceed with your registration.

Send an SMS with the message ‘DNC’ to 78771 and a guided menu will be sent to your phone for you to select your DNC preferences.

Do Not Call Registry Business Rules
Creating an Account
To use the services on the DNC Registry, an organisation/individual will need to apply for a main account on the DNC Registry website. Each organisation/individual will only be allowed to apply for one main account.
For organisations, one or more sub-accounts can also be created under a main account, to allow more than one user in the organisation to perform telephone number checks against the DNC Registry. There will be a one-time account creation fee for each main and sub-account.
Each main account will receive 1000 free credits every year, which will be valid for one year from the date the free credits were given.
There are three types of accounts, for :
** Organisations registered in Singapore
** To create the account, the organisation’s Unique Entity Number (UEN) and a representative’s SingPass is required.
** Overseas organisations not registered or present in Singapore
** To create the account, your company registration information and phone/utility bill are required. A user ID will be issued upon successful application.
** Any individual who needs to check the DNC Registry
** To create the account, the user’s SingPass is required.
