Marinet
Marinet helps to achieve faster clearance of port and shipping documents, and disseminate critical ship arrival and departure and other value-added shipping information to port users to enable them make informed decisions.
Using Marinet, members of the maritime community can submit statutory declarations, process crew manning related documents, request for port services, obtain approvals, apply permits, obtain critical business information all through a few simple mouse clicks.

You will need the following information to fill in the form :
** MPA Account Number
** UEN (Company’s Registration No.)
** Particulars of Company’s Authorised Officer’s/ Finance Representative’s/ Information Security Coordinators’ such as NRIC numbers and contact details.
How to use this form
1. This form is applicable to MPA Account Customers registered prior to 1 Apr 2014, who currently do not have Marinet Logon IDs to access Marinet services.
2. Submit the completed form together with the latest copy of your Company’s Business Profile filed with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) and a photocopy of the NRIC of the Information Security Coordinators to

Personnel Authorised to Use Marinet
In the event any personnel named in any of the appointment(s) below leaves the company’s services, the company must inform MPA immediately, and must provide MPA with similar particulars or the person replacing such personnel, stating the relevant effective dates.
# Authorised Officer refers to the officer who is authorised to submit the account application request to MPA. This is typically an officer at senior management level.
## Finance Representative refers to the finance officer whom MPA can contact with regard to billing matters, and this person should be at least at the executive level.
* For the purpose of ensuring proper control over the use of the Marinet logon IDs, passwords and access privileges to Marinet Services, the company is required to appoint at least one and no more than two Information Security Coordinators(ISCs) who must be of executive level and above to handle the Marinet security administration functions within the company.

We have read and confirm our acceptance of the terms and conditions for opening an Account, including the use of the Marinet services and e-Payment services hereof.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to amendment by MPA from time to time as MPA in its absolute discretion deems fit, notice whereof may be given to us in such manner as MPA deems proper.
We also hereby declare under section 10 of the Act that the information provided by us above in connection with this application are to the best of our knowledge, true and correct.
