1. What are the most important measures and norms of providing services?
1-The operational plan shall be approved by the ministry.
2-The packages of services shall be approved.
3-The overseas agents contracts shall be authenticated.

2. If I cancel my reservation for any reason, can I make a new one?
Yes, you can. However, the new reservation will be subject to the prices and hajj companies available then.
3. When should I follow up with the hajj company regarding my hajj permit?
You are not required to follow up with the hajj company that you booked with. In fact, the company will call you to arrange an appointment for issuance of the hajj permit, the place and time of gathering, as well as other information.
4. I have typos in the names that I have inserted into the reservation? The names on the booking do not match those of the ID cards?
No problem, as long as you have inserted the correct national ID number/residence number.
5. I want to change the mobile number, which I inserted in the reservation during the booking process?
It is not allowed to change the mobile number inserted in the reservation. You will have to wait until the cancellation period ends, and try to make a new booking via the website.
6. I cannot make a booking for my family members who are registered in the family card, because there is no an expiry date there?
Whoever does not have an identity card cannot make a booking via this booking system.
7. The announced rates at the time of booking are different from the amount I am required to pay?
A correction SMS has been sent to this segment of customers who made a complete booking. If a caller has not received this SMS, a report should be escalated immediately to the shift supervisor comprising all details of the issue; it should include the booking number.
8. I have not received the reservation confirmation/cancellation SMS?
The message usually takes a few hours to reach you. Do not worry. You will receive it God Willing.
