Smart Card Renewal :
** The site’s purpose is only for renewing expired ID cards without any changes of information and issuing first time ID cards for domestic workers and related personnel, who hold previous CPR cards or CPR numbers.

** Your photo should be recent and in colour, with a white background
** For clearing agent please collect your cards from Sitra branch only starting from 14/8/2013
** If you enter a different address than your existing one, your new address will be validated for format only
** You are requested to present your old expired ID Card to get your renewed ID card. Please collect it within one week to avoid card cancellation and resubmission of your request
** Please check the status of your request after one working day
** This service cannot be used for renewing ID cards for children who have received their ID card without recording their fingerprints and signatures
** In case of any changes in the information printed on the face of the smart card, please make an appointment to review in Isa Town Center.
