Permit Cancellation For Employers :

Through this service, employers can apply for the cancellation of the issued work permit and the residence permits of the employee’s dependents.

The employee must leave the country within 30 days from the cancellation.

Process Description :

** Click the link given below to apply for the service through the LMRA’s EMS system.
** Fill in the “Termination Declaration” form, sign it together with the employee and upload it.
** After three working days from the time of submitting the application, visit the Client Services Counter at LMRA, bringing the original passport for the employee and the dependents for manual cancellation by the Immigration officers if all conditions were fulfilled.

** Employee work permit (Copy)
** Dependents’ residency permits (Copy)

Special Conditions :

** The employer must not have previously notified the LMRA regarding the employee absence from work in violation of the permit’s conditions.
** If the work permit ended, the employer or authorised person must first check with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) to complete the procedure for cancellation of work permit.

How to login to the E-support system?
** Visit the following link Clients E-support Center.
** In the Username box, please enter your CPR number. In the Password box, please enter the same password used for the EMS system.

How to submit a new application through the e-support system?
** Click on the “Submit new application” icon.
** Choose the concerned department.
** Click on “Next”.

** Enter the relevant information, depending on your request, and sufficient application details.
** Upload the required documents.

** You may upload more than one document if necessary; the capacity of each file should not be more than 256 KB.
** Click on “Send”.

How can I follow up on a submitted application through the e-support system?
To follow up on any applications submitted through the e-support system, please follow these steps :
** Login to the e-support system.
** Click on “View submitted applications” icon.
** Click on the application subject you would like to follow up on.

In case the application has been resolved and you are not pleased with the resolution, you may re-open the application through posting a reply by clicking on “Post Reply” icon.

If the application has been resolved and you are pleased with the resolution, you may rate your application resolution through the rating application service provided by e-support system.

How can I change the Email address?
The responsible or authorized persons registered in LMRA system for a particular CR need to visit the client services counters at LMRA, Ground floor to change the e-mail or login to EMS and change email through “Update Resposnible” function
