Through this service, employers can request for the merge of CRs branches and/ or change the activities.

Process Description :
** Visit the MOIC Ministry of Industry & Commerce and request approval on the notification letter.
** Submit the approved notification letter and the required documents at LMRA Client Services Counter. LMRA will take a decision on the application within the same day and the system will be updated within 1 week.
** Fill in the CR Branches Merge & Activities Change notification form at LMRA Client Services Counter.

** CR Branches Merge & Activities Change notification form Original, approved by MOIC provided that it’s not older than 6 months
** CR ownership (Copy)
** Employer’s ID card (Original)
** CR merge form (Original)

How can I change the Email address?
The responsible or authorized persons registered in LMRA system for a particular CR need to visit the client services counters at LMRA, Ground floor to change the e-mail or login to EMS and change email through “Update Resposnible” function
How can I reset the password used for LMRA system?
In case of forgetting the password, the responsible or authorised person can get his/her pin reset through “Reset Forgotten Password” function on the EMS login page or the responsible or authorised persons registered in LMRA system for a particular CR need to visit the client services counters at LMRA, Ground floor to get help in resending the password through providing the registered email in LMRA.
If the email registered in LMRA is forgotten client needs to request changing the email registered at LMRA and proceed to resting the pin through “Reset Forgotten Password” Function on EMS login page.
How to do transactions’ payment?
There are two options for transactions payment to LMRA :
** Online through EMS system using the visa card or master card.
** Through Al Ahli Bank and Al Hilal Bank.
How to submit the termination application online?
Please follow these steps to apply for termination online :
** Go to the “Permit cancellation” folder on the left side of the menu on your log in.
** Once you click on the folder, “cancel expatriate permit” will appear below it.
** Click on “cancel expatriate permit” and enter all the details in the mandatory fields. You will also need to upload the (Termination Declaration Form) which needs to be filled out and signed by both, the authorised person and the expatriate.

I am working in a documents clearance office. I want to know type of CR activities and number of work permits associated with it.
If I choose "Construction of Buildings" activity, I know the number of work visas granted is 05, but I do not know about other activities. So can any one share the list?
