Companies and individuals who wish move or change the location of their factories or industrial projects are required to apply for a license through the Ministry of Energy and Industry.

An environment permit is also required for the application.
Application Process :
Follow these steps to apply for a license to relocate an industrial project :
** Fill out the license application form. The project owner(s) must sign and stamp every page.
** Provide all required documents, including copies of IDs from all owner(s) and partner(s), land allocation or rent contract, and land permit from the Supreme Council of Environment and Natural Reserves.
** Submit the application to the Licensing and Industrial Control Section at the Ministry of Energy and Industry’s Department of Industrial Development.
** Pay appropriate fees.
