Eligibility or Criteria
The father or a legal representative must attend the procedures, in case the applicant is an incompetent person and a child
Required Documents :
** Copy of the birth certificate for children
** Copy of the civil ID for children
** Four (4) photos (4 × 6) with blue background
** Copy of the latest educational certificate for applicants who reached 6 years old or older
** Civil ID of the father or the legal representative
** Emergency travel document, if the child is born abroad
Procedures :
** If you are a Kuwaiti citizen, visit the General Department of Citizenship and Travel Documents in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents
** Fill the service application form
** Pay the fees due

** Fixed fees : Fees for 5 years 3 KD
