This service allows employees in the civil sector to transfer their residence to other sponsor, pursuant to Article (18) from the Executive Regulations of the Foreigners’ Residence Law

** Original civil ID of the previous sponsor and a copy
** Original civil ID of the current sponsor and a copy
** Original civil ID of the sponsored and a copy
** Passport of the sponsored
** Two (2) personal photos
** Signature authorization and a copy
** Health insurance certificate
Procedures :
** If you are a non-Kuwaiti resident, visit the General Department of Immigration in the governorate you refer to and submit the required documents
** Fill the service application forms
** Pay the fees due

** Variable fees -Depending on the residence kind and period (Annual fees either on granting or renewing the residence permit)
