What are the Documents Required for Work Permit?

Following Documents are required to apply for Work Permit in Kuwait.

** Original signature authorization and a copy
** Copy of the employee’s passport, provided that the job stated must correspond to the activity practiced
** Scientific certificate attested by the entities concerned for scientific job applicants
** Authenticated copy of the wage transfer certificate from the Work Inspection Department stamped by the Reception or Coordination or Employment Sections. This wage transfer certificate is estimated by the Work Department in the governorate from which the employer’s file is issued
** Declaration and undertaking letter from the employer to the Employment Section for Egyptian applicants
** Recent stamp with the original signature authorization

Financial Affairs Administration :
To propose the draft annual budget and discuss it with the competent authorities and prepare the final account and quarterly accounts in addition to taking the financial procedures for the preparation and disbursement of salaries and social assistance and the seizure of stores according to the rules and regulations issued by the competent authority and participate in the study of tenders and practices as well as the annual inventory and surprise

Department of Public Services :
Coordinating with the Ministry’s sectors on providing their services and carrying out maintenance operations, supervising the transport apparatus, providing its requirements, supervising the afforestation, greening and cleaning works and following up the small construction works of the ministry.

Office of Security, Guard and Administrative Services :
Conducting inspections to ensure the security and safety of buildings and guarding the doors and entrances of the Ministry’s facilities and participate in the implementation of the civil defense plan and the preparation and implementation of the program of awareness of security methods and issuance of identities of employees and work to provide all the requirements of security and safety

Supply and warehouse management :
