Permit For Issue Of Clearance Sale Card :
This permit is issued to carry out clearance sale on commodities in order to close the shop or change the commercial activity.

a. Procedures :
** Submit a provisional application to the department including : (a brief about the clearance card, validation duration, price of sale, sample of the agreement to be concluded with the shops and companies participating in the program, any other details)
** The application is reviewed. If the application is complete, the applicant is granted a provisional approval to continue the procedures and sign the agreements.
** Issue the final approval
** Register the application in the One Stop Shop
** Attach copies of the singed agreements
b. Required documents :
** Copy of Signature specimen.
** Official letter signed by one of the signatories
