My MTV My Summer Competition Terms & Conditions :
1. The “My MTV My Summer” competition opens on Monday 17 November 2014 and closes on Monday 8 December 2014 at 12 pm.

2. The promoter of the competition is MTV Networks Africa (Pty) Ltd of 1 Saxon Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg, 2196, Tel : +27 11 4282903 (the “Promoter”).
3. The competition is open to individuals ordinarily resident in South African only.
4. Entrants must answer the question on the My MTV My Summer competition page correctly in order to WIN!
5. Entrants must also provide their full names, ages and contact information in the fields provided at the end of the page!
6. Participants may only enter as many times as they like though this will not guarantee them a WIN.
7. At the end of each stage of the competition winners will be chosen at random. Only people who answered the question correctly will be considered for the draw.
8. The following prizes will be awarded :
For the 30 Seconds Of Summer Concert on 21 November in Johannesburg :
** 10 winners will be chosen and they will receive 4 general admission tickets each
For the RAGE Festival on 29 Nov :
** 10 winners will receive 3 regular tickets each
** 5 winners will receive 4 reunion tickets each
For the Space Ibiza Festival on 29 Nov :
** 10 Winners will get 4 tickets each
For the Foo Fighters Concerts on 10 (cpt) & 13 (jhb) Dec :
** 5 winners in Johannesburg will get 4 tickets each!
** 6 winners in Cape Town will get 4 tickets each!
10 If a winner declines the prize or is disqualified, a further winner will be chosen until all the prizes are awarded and accepted.
11 Shortlisted prize winners will be contacted by an MTV rep via phone or email and asked a series of questions to make sure they are eligible for the prize then informed of the outcome shortly afterwards.
12 Employees of the Promoter, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, associated and group companies and any other company involved in this competition, their families and agents, are not eligible to participate in this competition.
13 By entering this competition, entrants agree that they will be bound by these terms and conditions.
14 If this Competition involves Twitter, Facebook or any other social media platform in the Competition entry process, entrants must note that any use of profanity, vulgar language, sexist, homophobic, political or racially motivated content or any other form of discrimination, will be removed from the social media platform and the entrant will be automatically disqualified.
15 These rules shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. The participant consents to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court, in respect of all matters arising out of or in connection with the Competitions or these rules.
16 If any provision of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision shall be severed from these rules and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
17 It is not intended that any provision of these rules contravenes any provision of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, and therefore all provisions of these rules must be treated as being qualified, if necessary, to ensure that the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act are complied with.
