Who can request this service:
For those obtaining a bachelor’s degree or diploma in pharmacy, for work in the private sector
Steps to follow to request the service:
** A written request .
** Complete a Mobilize Application Form to enter the licence tests Entry fee licensing test
** Payment of fees to enter the written test.
** Pass written and oral tests
** Mobilization of issuing the licence application form
** Payment of $ 50 RO of pharmacists and 30 assistants RO pharmacists
** Licensing practicing the profession of Pharmacy
What documents are needed to process:
** Copy of the biography
** Application form to enter the licensing tests
** Copies of diplomas and certificates of experience
** Certificate of licence to practice In the professionals country of origin
** Copy passport
** 2 Photographs
** Copy of labour card – for applicants who wish to work in the private sector
** Letter from sponsor giving permission for the applicant to serve in the private sector
** Extraction Form to visit the Sultanate

Has at least 3 years employment experience, Individual must not have more than 6 of work inactivity and Be physically fit to perform required duties
