This service is offered to individuals who are interested in establishing a tourism project such as a hotel, hotel apartments, camps, or service stations.

Submitting a letter containing:
** Project Details and Components
** Project Location
** Investors’ Details
The following documents should be attached:
** A copy of the title of Deeds provided that the land use should be for tourism, commercial, or commercial/ residential.
** A copy of the Survey Drawing (Krooki) showing building percentage and number of floors
** Fulfilling the required information and documents, the Ministry will survey the location, and submit a report to the tourism licenses committee. Applications of investments in the regions should be submitted to the tourism departments at those regions. The concerned departments will survey the locations, prepare and submit a report to the tourism licenses committee within 2 weeks from receiving the application.
** Receiving the report, the Technical Secretariat of the Tourism Licenses Committee should immediately mark down its recommendations to present the application to the Tourism Licenses Committee.
** The investment application should be concluded by the Tourism Licenses Committee within two weeks after receiving the report.
** The committee issues its provisional approval for establishing the tourism project or rejecting the request. The applicant will be informed in person or by sending him a letter by mail.
In case of approval, the applicant will be granted a provisional approval on the condition that the following documents shall be submitted within 6 months from the date of the provisional approval, otherwise, it would automatically nullified:
** Primary layouts of the project
** Proposed time schedule for implementing the project
** Approval of the Civil Defense – ROP
** Environmental Approval from the Ministry of Regional Municipalities, Environment, and Water Resources.
The final approval will be granted after meeting the conditions within the specified period. The investor shall start implementing the project within two years from the date of the final approval.
The investor shall complete the incorporation procedures such as registration, grading, and permits before operating and running the organization.
