If the service of any employee in the company is ended, the company must register such cases at PASI.

The Authority should be notified of the end of service of the insured worker within a maximum period of 15 days from the service termination date.

A- Process steps:
Complete Employee End of Services Form
Authorized representative submits the form to PASI through one of PASI nine branches
Two copies of the processed form will be given to the authorized representative, one will be kept with the employer and the second one will be given to the employee

End of service notification form

What documents are needed to process:
Resignation : Resignation letter and signature of the insured on the notification form
Dismissal : Dismissal decision
Disability : Medical report confirming the disability
Death : Death certificate
Transfer to another Establishment: Decision on transfer of service to another establishment
