How To Pay OGERO Bill Online?

Ogero online payment service is a new technological and computer system that allows phone and Internet subscribers in Lebanon to settle their monthly local and international bills through the Internet from the comfort of their home by using all credit and debit cards (MasterCard and Visa) issued from any Bank.

Step 1 : Sign up for a new account
Sign up for a new account by filling the required details in the online registration format

Note:
If you are already a subscriber to the Broadband DSL service with Ogero than an account has been already created for you, please use the following as your login credentials: -Your username will be the 8 digits of your land phone number ex: 01234567 -Your password will be the DSL number found on the last invoice ex: L123456 (with a capital L).

Step 2 : Login in to your account
After you successfully register, you can login with your specific username and password

Step 3 : Enroll your number
Click on the enroll number tab in order to register the phone account or add a new one for which you request to view/pay the outstanding bills online

In order to be able to enroll your number you will need the installation date which is available on your invoice ex: dd/mm/yyyy

Step 4 : View or pay your bill
Click on the View bill details / Pay the bill available in your “User Profile” for the number you want:
** View/Print your previous and current bill details
** Check your monthly total due amount
** Click on the Pay Your Bill button in order to proceed
** Enter your card details (Credit or Debit)

Step 5 : Payment confirmation receipt
After you successfully complete your bill transaction, you will receive an e-receipt confirmation message.

Charges :
You pay a charge of 0.95% (with a minimum of 500 L.L. whichever is greater) will be charged.

I can’t send emails through my Microsoft Outlook (Outlook express) when using the ADSL Connection?
Use OGERO’s relay service that allows you to send email by changing Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to mail.ogero.gov.lb.

How do I sign up for a new account?
On OGERO’s main page, in the Bill Details section, click on the link “signup for a new account”. In the signup form enter your information and click on submit.

How do I log in to my user profile?
From OGERO’s main page, in the Bill Details section, enter either your username or telephone number depending on which one you used when you created your signup, then click on the login button.

How do I enroll my telephone number?
Click on the Enroll number tab, enter your telephone numbers details, and submit. Make sure your information is correct or enrolling will not work

If I don’t have the information required to enroll my telephone number, and I need to enroll my DSL number, what do I do?
On the Enroll number page, click on the link “if the information below is not available click here to enroll your DSL number” . Then provide your DSL number “DSL Ñâå” and the application number ” ×äÈ Ñâå” from your DSL application form.

  • I have an account with Ogero. Today I am trying to log in with my name as shown and my password to overlook my bill details but I am unable to login. Please advise. I spoke to 1515, they said OK, we will check and inform you but no response yet.
