How to transfer credit:
Transferring credit from your postpaid line to any alfa prepaid, alfa U-Chat, alfa2Alfa or Prepaid MBB subscriber is very easy. Simply, you can:
Send an SMS to 1333 as follows:
e.g. <8 digit number> <t><Amount of credit>03xxxxxxT10
Dial *111# and follow the commands

How much does it cost:
$ 0.25 per transaction
(additional SMS cost are applied if Roaming, depending on the operator you are roaming with)
The amount transferred will be billed on your next bill cycle
Important to Know:
** The amount transferred should be between $1 (minimum) and $24 (maximum)
** The total amount to be transferred during a bill cycle should not exceed $24
** Only credit will be transferred and not validity
** Credit transfer is not allowed if the prepaid line is in retention
** Prepaid Mobile Broadband subscribers are allowed to receive credit and not transfer credit
** Post to Pre Credit Transfer is allowed while roaming

** Twin service allows customers to hold 2 SIMs cards with 2 different numbers, but only 1 number is displayed which is the Principal’s number.
** Twin card holders will benefit form 60 minutes for free per month
** Customer can only receive the Twin’s SIM card from our POS.
** This service cannot be activated via 111; however it could be cancelled over the phone.

1. If the error “Hardware failure in the modem” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please disconnect both pc/laptop and mobile from any connection type, restart pc/laptop and mobile, and reinstall the settings after deleting the existing ones. This error indicates that the modem installed is not connecting properly to the pc/laptop.
2. If the error “there was no dial tone” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please check that the modem selected to dial is the right modem for the mobile connected.
This error indicates that the modem used cannot find a tone (DTMF) signal to connect to.
3. If the error “Subscribe to Mobile Internet first” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
This error indicates that you are not subscribed yet to the Mobile Internet service. Please call our helpline 111. our Customer Service Representatives will be pleased to assist you 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
4. If the error “Authentication Failed or the remote computer did not respond” appears on the pc/laptop, do the following :
Please check the APN, username and password on the pc/ laptop and check AT command (AT+CGDCONT=1,”ip”,”internet.mic1.com.lb”). Moreover, check the APN (internet.mic1.com.lb) on the mobile connection.
