How do I reset my Phone Banking / IVR PIN code?
To reset you Phone Banking / IVR PIN code, you have to call 1262 if you are residing in Lebanon, or +9615955262 if you are residing outside Lebanon, where our representatives will assist you, and a temporary PIN will be sent to your mobile number via SMS. The system will ask you to change it upon your first log in.
When should I settle my credit card payments to avoid extra charges?
You should fully settle your VISA payment by the 5th of each month and your MasterCard payment by the 9th in order to avoid extra charges. The minimum monthly payment is equal to 5% of the total amount, or USD 50.
