FAQs
1. What does the 14-day time limit mean?
Upon successful registration of your interest , you will be sent an SMS with a unique booking link to make an appointment to be vaccinated. You will have 14 days from receipt of this SMS to schedule an appointment via the booking link.
Within the 14 days, you will have priority to schedule your appointment. If you have not booked a slot within the 14-day time limit, but are still keen to be vaccinated, you may re-register your interest and will be notified to make an appointment when there are slots available. You can re-register by clicking on the same unique link in the original SMS notification.
Please note that the 14-day limit applies to the time window given to make an appointment. It does not mean that you must be vaccinated within 14 days of receiving the SMS.
2. Why is there a time-limit to make an appointment?
We aim to ensure that everyone who wishes to be vaccinated is able to do so at the earliest opportunity. As vaccine supplies are limited at the outset, holding slots for those who may need more time to decide whether to get vaccinated would deprive others of a slot.
While we have prioritised certain groups for vaccination, we will move on to the next priority group to give others who wish to be vaccinated the opportunity to do so quickly.
3. I was assessed to be ineligible for the vaccination at the online screening stage/at the vaccination site, but still want to be vaccinated. What should I do?
If you have been assessed to be ineligible for the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines due to medical reasons, you may be able to get vaccinated later if data become available that it is safe to receive the vaccination, or you may be able to get vaccinated with other COVID-19 vaccines.
4. How do I reschedule my appointments?
You may reschedule your appointments using the same booking link in the original SMS.
