1. What is required to activate an account on Mobile Banking?
To activate your account, you must have the following :
** A valid ATM card
** Your Civil ID number
** An activation code that can be acquired by contacting Ahlan Ahli 1899899 or +96522442211 for international calls.

2. I tried to register and I got the message ‘Invalid ATM number’?
If you receive an ‘Invalid ATM Number’ message, that means that your ATM card is not active or that you might have entered the ATM card number incorrectly.

In case that the ATM card is not active, please contact 1 899 899 or +965 2 2442 211 for international calls or visit your nearest branch. In case that you entered the ATM card incorrectly, you can restart the registration process and enter the correct ATM card number.

3. How can I get the activation code to complete the registration?
You have to contact Ahlan Ahli 1899899 to provide you with the activation code via SMS. Once you acquire the activation code, please follow through the activation process to complete the registration.

4. What are the password specifications for the Mobile Banking application?
The password must be a set of 8-10 alphanumeric characters.

5. I forgot my password, what is the procedure?
To reset your password please contact us at Ahlan Ahli 1899899 to receive a temporary password via SMS. Once you use that temporary password in the place of the empty password field, you’ll be prompted to assign a new password for your next login.
