How to register for Internet Banking:
Step 1:
Go to the Personal Internet Banking login page and click on the “Register” button.
Step 2:
Enter your Qatar ID and the mobile number registered on your Commercial Bank account.
Step3:
You will receive a 6 digit authorization code (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter the code in the designated field.
Step 4:
Complete the fields including your preferred username and password.
Note: for your safety, choose a strong password which could consist of a combination of uppercase letters, lower case letters, digits, and/or special characters (i.e. Xxxx1234).

Logging into Internet Banking:
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and security of your account information, we’ve added a new layer of authentication to our Internet and Mobile Banking.
As of July 1st 2014, each time you login to Internet and Mobile Banking you will be required to enter an “Authorisation Code” to compete the login process.
After entering your username and password, a SMS with a 6 digit authorisation code will be sent to your registered mobile. Simply enter the code and click “Submit” to log in.
