Access to places that must comply with Green Pass guidance is granted only to people who show a valid Green Pass.

Effective 3.10.2021, eligibility criteria will change – a Green Pass issued prior to this date will become void and will not be accepted. To get a Green Pass with the new time limit, re-apply for a Green Pass.
Who Can Get?
Children 18 years of age or younger are mentioned in the Green Pass given to their parents, if they are also eligible for a Green Pass.
Access to venues that must comply with the Green Pass Guidance
Effective 3.10.2021, the Green Pass design will change and new time limits will be set
** Those who have been vaccinated with three doses one full week after the third vaccine – the Pass will be valid for six months from the day of the third dose.
** Those who have been vaccinated with two doses one full week after the second vaccine (two weeks if given the Moderna vaccine) – the Pass will be valid for six months from the day of the second dose.
** Those who have recovered from COVID-19 – the Pass will be valid for six months from the date of issuance of the recovery certificate.
** Those who have recovered from COVID-19 and received a vaccine dose – the Pass shall be effective for six months from the day of vaccination.
** Children 12 years of age and younger who tested negative in a PCR test as part of Magen Education program – the Pass’s validity remains unchanged. It is effective for 7 days, until the end of the seventh day after testing.
How To Get a Green Pass?
** On the Traffic Light website (the Pass can also be printed)
** On the Traffic Light Application (Google Play, App Store)
** You can get a Green Pass on the App by scanning the vaccination or recovery certificate, or the rapid test codes: log in > my Coronavirus Certificate > scanning > scan the code
** On self-service stations and the interactive voice response system, call 02-5082000
The Ministry of Health is the only agency authorized to issue a Green Pass. HMOs that issue certificates of vaccination or recovery cannot issue a Green Pass.
