What are e-Services?
An e-Service, or electronic service, is a service that is provided online. These services can be accessed through any computer that is connected to the internet.
The Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway centralises access to e-Services from the various departments of the Abu Dhabi Government. The e-Service allows you to carry out all or parts of the service from home, instead of having to approach the department in question.
What are the office hours of the Contact Centre?
The Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre is at your service twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Please use any of the contact channels listed in this page to contact us.
What are the system requirements to use my Emirates ID Card on the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway?
To sign in with your Emirates ID Card, you need a USB card reader (PC/SC compatible) and a compatible browser (see browser compatibility).
Make sure that your browser allows you to download and install plug-ins and to use Active X (Internet Explorer) because an additional software component has to be installed in addition to your browser.
What do I do if an error occurs while I am making a payment on the Abu Dhabi eGovernment Gateway?
Do not attempt to pay again. Please immediately get in touch with the Contact Centre for assistance. The Abu Dhabi Government Contact Centre is available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, from within or outside the UAE. Please use any of the contact channels listed in this page to contact us.
What do I do if I forgot my PIN code?
Your Emirates ID Card will be blocked after three unsuccessful PIN code entry attempts. If you have forgotten your ID Card PIN code or do not know it, please contact the Emirates Identity Authority in order to reset the PIN code of your card.
